Excellent space inside and out for children. Plenty of beaches only a short distance away and not far from the Broads.

The cottage was a lovely barn conversion with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was in a lovely area just far enough out of Cromer but at the same time close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were the 2nd people to stay at the barn and it was a delight. The owners are very friendly and made us very welcome, and the barn is very comfortable and well equipped. The accommodation is perfectly placed for visits to Mundsley and Overstrand, as well as Cromer itself. Highly recommended - we look forward to visiting again when the other barns in the complex are completed along with the playpark.
